All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from respective airlines, hotels, Car Rental or other service providers.

Prices are dynamic and may change at any time before final confirmation.

 3.⁠ ⁠Payments

Payments are accepted only after confirmation of services.

All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment partners.

Customers agree to pay the total amount including applicable service fees and charges.

 4.⁠ ⁠Service Fees

Trivolic may charge service or consultation fees for providing booking assistance.

These fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 5.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or service providers.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Service fees and processing charges may be non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information.

Trivolic shall not be responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

 7.⁠ ⁠Third-Party Liability

Trivolic is not responsible for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or service deficiencies caused by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or car rental companies.

Trivolic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
